Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern sales of products offered by Little Legends (KvK 42057051, registered at 6222CH Maastricht, Netherlands) on the website little-legends.club. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 - Products
Little Legends sells baby clothing and accessories — including bodysuits, rompers, two-piece outfits, swaddle blankets, bibs, hats, booties and gift sets — in soft, OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton, in sizes from newborn to 24 months. Products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images. Photos and descriptions have no contractual value.
Article 3 - Orders
To place an order, the customer must: 1. Select the desired product(s) and size 2. Provide contact and shipping information (email, name, address) 3. Choose a payment method 4. Confirm and proceed with payment The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the provided address.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) including all applicable taxes (VAT/BTW). Little Legends reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products being invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA or cryptocurrency via our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Article 6 - Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free across the EU; any costs for other destinations are indicated at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Little Legends cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons. In addition, Little Legends offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@little-legends.club with your order number. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless faulty.
Article 8 - Warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Dutch and EU consumer law. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable period and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Article 9 - Liability
Little Legends is committed to providing products that conform to their description. Little Legends shall not be held liable in the event of misuse of the product by the customer, force majeure, or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party. Always follow the care instructions on each garment's label.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the little-legends.club website (text, images, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 11 - Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Dutch law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Little Legends in Maastricht.
